Farrar Frazee

I have always looked at the night sky and dreamed about the implications of the reality that we are stardust. Are we limited by the realistic? By the typical, by the average, by the expected? I don't think so, and I never have.

I gained wisdom from working in demanding roles that challenged me and awful roles that didn't. I have developed executives and led big teams. I have been a lone wolf and a pack leader. I have won and lost, struggled and thrived. Somewhere along the way, I realized that I had a talent for asking great questions, and a somewhat reckless willingness to say what nobody else would. Because I fiercely object to the status-quo. I am a disruptor.

I completed formal training in Evidence-Based Coaching and sought my formal coach designation through the International Coaching Federation, dedicating my time and talents to serving exceptional people who want to do exceptional things.

My experience gives me some context for more easily understanding your world, and my coaching education gives me the tools - research-backed, proven techniques for helping clients achieve their goals. I am interested in helping leaders thrive, and helping incredible people achieve unrealistic realities.

On a personal note, I am an avid reader, a passionate amateur chef by way of my Cajun heritage, a bit of a dreamer, a fierce friend, a champion of the marginalized, and a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. I treasure my role as Mama to two small children - Clara, fire-hearted and iron-willed, and Jack, whose smile is a window into his gentle, loving, bright spirit.

Sparkhorse was created as a safe space in which leaders can grow, and in response to a tidal wave of poor leadership evident across the corporate landscape and the world more broadly.
